We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, please refer to the table below for various shipping times to various destinations.

However, you may experience significant shipping delays with Australia Post due to current travel restrictions while DHL Express is delivering within the estimated delivery timeframe provided above. (Shipping method differs as we ship your order from different distributing centers)

You will be charged a restocking fee of 20% for all Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges, while the return shipping cost will be at our expense. Since we can not issue a pre-paid return shipping label, your return shipping cost will be refunded as soon as we receive the return package.

Items must be returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of your order being dispatched. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required.

How do I return an item? Please check the following process:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service at for any return or exchange.
  • Step 2: We will send you an RMA form
  • Step 3: Please print out the RMA form and put it with your return package.
  • Step 4: Send us a copy of the receipt or any proof of return shipment with tracking number and shipping cost.
(for Change of Mind Returns)
  • Step 5: We will confirm the refund amount by adding your return shipping cost and deducting the restocking fee. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. 
(for Exchanges)
  • Step 5: We will refund or charge the price difference between your return shipping cost and restocking fee. 
  • Step 6: You can order a new item or a correct size one. 

*The original shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. Exchanges/Returns not valid for Heated Socks, Battery, Charger, Final Sale & Open-box orders.
